History

Prior to creating Bayside Business Solutions, its founders had consulted upon and developed custom factoring software solutions for several large domestic factors in the US and Canadian markets.

Sensing an unmet need in the factoring marketplace, in 1998 Bayside’s entrepreneurs set out to develop a commercially marketable accounts receivable financing management platform. The following year, they incorporated Bayside Business Solutions as a California corporation and introduced FactorSoft®.

With several successful implementations in the marketplace, industry acceptance grew, and FactorSoft became a leading factoring software solution.

In 2003, Bayside opened its Operations Center in suburban Birmingham, Alabama, combining Development, Implementation, Support, and Sales under one roof.

In 2007, having outgrown its suburban facility, Bayside moved its Operations Center to new, larger facilities, in the heart of downtown Birmingham.

Also in 2007, Bayside’s Development team began work on CADENCE, a software platform capable of monitoring a variety of lending products at once, from factoring to a/r finance, to asset based lending to medical receivables and more.

Maintaining its successful strategy of responding to the marketplace, Bayside continues to enjoy great success.
