Ansonia Credit Data and Bayside Business Solutions Announce Partnership
Olympia, Washington and Birmingham, Alabama – December 9, 2011 – Ansonia Credit Data and Bayside Business Solutions announced a partnership today that allows Bayside’s CADENCE (FactorSoft) users to open a web dialog, initiate a credit request, and receive a credit report without ever leaving the system. The new capability, called Integrated Credit Monitoring, provides direct access to Ansonia’s credit services from within Bayside’s CADENCE applications, improving efficiency and providing a seamless workflow. CADENCE users can automate their contribution of data to Ansonia through this interface as well.

Bayside’s developers are already working on the next version of the Credit Monitoring service: automated workflow. Soon users will be able to set criteria within the system so that based on the score received, the system can make credit approvals on the spot or redirect the request to a credit manager (along with the credit report) for further scrutiny. This will free staff to focus their efforts on exceptions and accelerate loan processing.
