Gallium Technologies and Bayside Business Solutions Announce Partnership
Richmond, VA and Birmingham, Alabama – November 8, 2011 – Gallium Technologies and Bayside Business Solutions announced today that they are partnering to develop a new A/R Tracking solution.
“Bayside’s CADENCE and Gallium’s OnParr systems will work together to monitor each invoice in the CADENCE system.” explained Jay McKinney, Bayside’s Senior V.P. of Operations, “By integrating our technologies, lenders will be able to automate the current manual processes of calling or looking up paying agent and company websites for A/R verification, confirmation, and collection.”
The integrated A/R tracking system will automatically update the status of invoices in CADENCE any time OnParr finds new information available from the paying agent or company. In many cases it will be possible to record the actual check number and exact anticipated payment date as well.

Where disputes or offsets are available from paying agent and company websites, that information will be captured as well, giving lenders an early heads up for potentially problematic receivables long before they reach a past due status.
