February 10, 2010 –Sacramento, California and Birmingham, Alabama–First Corporate Solutions and Bayside Business Solutions announced a partnership today to create an interface that will allow shared clients to monitor their debtor accounts for liens directly from within Bayside’s CADENCE | Factoring application.
Thorough account monitoring provides lenders the ability to quickly identify potential risks and better protect their security interests. The new interface is designed to expedite and automate notifications of filings made against a client’s debtor. Searches through First Corporate Solutions Account Monitoring service are triggered, performed, and updated directly in CADENCE | Factoring. Additionally, debtors are automatically flagged within the system.
First Corporate Solutions’ Account Monitoring services provide secured parties with the means to monitor public records for pertinent liens to protect themselves and evaluate risks. The integration of account monitoring with Bayside’s commercial finance portfolio management system further enhances each organization’s ability to mitigate potential risk on behalf of their clients.
With First Corporate integrated account monitoring, CADENCE | Factoringusers can now simplify the setup and termination of Account Monitoring;automate the connection of incoming alerts to their respective clients, customers, and debtors;reduce financial risk with automatic flagging of clients, customers, and debtors with outstanding alerts; and shorten notification time by displaying alerts within CADENCE | Factoring.
