BAYSIDE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS RECEIVES BEST PLACES TO WORK AWARD
Birmingham, AL -- September 15, 2010 -- Bayside Business Solutions was recently recognized as being among Birmingham’s Best Places to Work for 2010, as awarded by the Birmingham Business Journal.
The Best Places to Work honorees were chosen based on the results of an extensive workplace satisfaction evaluation conducted for the Business Journal by Quantum Market Research. Surveys were voluntarily and anonymously completed by nominated companies’ staff and measured various areas, including trust in management and team effectiveness.
More than 90 of the best local companies participated in the survey this year. Those businesses earning the highest score within their size category are recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Birmingham.
“We are so pleased to once again be recognized as a best place to work,” Russ Opper, co-founder and principle of Bayside Business Solutions, said. “We’re intent on providing an atmosphere of encouragement and fulfillment for our staff, and hopefully, the results of this evaluation mean we’re on the right path.
2010 marks the third time Bayside has been recognized as a Best Place to Work in Birmingham.
Dave Hart, Executive Director of Athletics at the University of Alabama, served as the guest speaker at the Best Places to Work luncheon on September 9 at the Sheraton Birmingham Hotel, where the 30 finalists were honored.
The 2010 Best Places to Work awards were sponsored by Behavioral Health Systems, Johnston Barton Proctor & Rose LLP, and Iberia Bank.
