Bayside Business Solutions Announces CADENCE|Intelligent Data Collection
Birmingham, Alabama – April 7, 2011 – Bayside Business Solutions, Inc., a leading developer of commercial finance management software, recently announced the release of CADENCE|Intelligent Data Collection (IDC), a unique new tool designed to integrate document scanning and data entry.
Building upon modern character recognition technologies, CADENCE|IDC bridges the typically standalone processes of scanning, image archiving, and data input into a combined, streamlined process. Documents are scanned and associated with the appropriate client for archiving while the relevant data are extrapolated and stored in a database for access by CADENCE|FactorSoft.
Data collected via CADENCE|IDC is validated against client and customer information already known in the CADENCE|FactorSoft database, further enhancing the speed and accuracy of the process.
