MCB BUSINESS CREDIT SERVICES AND BAYSIDE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP
January 5, 2012 –Augusta, Georgia and Birmingham, Alabama– MCB Business Credit Services and Bayside Business Solutions announced a partnership today that allows Bayside’s CADENCE users to receive real time credit information on clients without ever leaving the system. The new capability, called Integrated Credit Monitoring, provides direct access to MCB’s credit services from within Bayside’s CADENCE applications, improving efficiency and providing a seamless workflow.

Integrated credit monitoring is just the beginning. Soon users will be able to set criteria within the system preferences so that—based on the credit score from the agency—the system can make automated credit approvals or redirect the request to a credit manager (along with the credit report) for further scrutiny. This will accelerate loan processing and allow staff to focus their efforts on exceptions.
