TRANSCREDIT AND BAYSIDE BUSINESS SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCE PARTNERSHIP
Jacksonville, Florida and Birmingham, Alabama – December 16, 2011 – Transcredit and Bayside Business Solutions announced a partnership today that will allow Bayside to provide direct access to Transcredit’s transportation credit services from within Bayside’s CADENCE applications. The new capability, called Integrated Credit Monitoring, enables users to open a web dialog, initiate a credit request, and receive a credit report without ever leaving the system.
“It just makes sense to make the monitoring of client credit as easy as possible,” explains Jay McKinney, Bayside’s Senior V.P. of Operations. “We don’t think you should have to leave the system that runs your business to perform such an essential task.”

Integrated credit monitoring is just the beginning. Soon users will be able to set criteria within the system preferences so that—based on the credit score from the agency—the system can make automated credit approvals or redirect the request to a credit manager (along with the credit report) for further scrutiny. This will accelerate loan processing and allow staff to focus their efforts on exceptions.
