Our Disaster Recovery and Availability Services start with a repository into which you periodically upload a copy of your database. Bayside provides secure, offsite, redundant environments for data storage.
With the declaration of a disaster condition, your database is loaded into the Bayside-hosted FactorSoft Live System, which allows you to continue using FactorSoft, practically uninterrupted.
At the conclusion of the disaster event, Bayside assists you in downloading the database in order to return to normal operating status.
