Bayside's Internet-based Incident Tracking System (ITS) is the recommended, preferred manner for requesting assistance with an issue. ITS utilizes incident "tickets" and can be accessed directly from within either the FactorSoft or CADENCE application. All issues submitted through ITS receive priority.

Every effort is made to ensure that our Support Department is easily accessible. The following alternative methods for contacting Support are also available:

  • To contact Support by phone, please dial 205-972-8900 and select option 2.
  • To fax an issue to Support, dial 205-949-4922, noting the ITS number for reference.
